Job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Personal in Krabi Hospital Mueang District, Krabi Province

Abstract

          This cross-sectional descriptive research aimed to study job satisfaction and organizational commitment of personal in Krabi Hospital, the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the personal. The samples of this study were 444 personal in Krabi Hospital. The questionnaire was used as an instrument, collected data between 1st and 30th September 2019. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics for frequency, mean, standard deviation, t-test and Pearson’s Correlation
Coefficient.
          The results of this study showed the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of personal in Krabi Hospital were at high level, genders, ages, duration of working in organization and daily working hours were different had shown differences in job satisfaction at 0.05. Those whose genders, ages, employment status, duration of working in organization, service characteristics for patients and daily working hours were different had shown differences in organizational commitment at 0.05. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment were correlated.
          The study suggests that the organization should strengthen the relationship with in the organization. By creating feelings of personnel to be in a good way. Especially in terms of compensation and welfare. That will increase job satisfaction, dedicated and dedication themselves to cooperate in making the organization achieve its goals and maintain the membership status of the organization.
