Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to study factor of demograph, knowledge and Perceive of behavior for delay the progress of kidney failure in diabetes and hypertention patients with chronic kidney disease stages 2, 3. The Purposive sampling who visited the non-communicable disease out-patient clinic, primapy care cluster Krabi hospital Tambon krabiyai. 62 subjected were assessed. The statistics used in the data analysis are describe quantitative statisticsare percentage, mean, median and standard deviation, The Ethical Review Committee for Research in Human Subjects from Ministry of Krabi Provincial public health office.
          The result showed that A group of diabetes and hypertention with chronic kidney disease stages 2, 3. mostly have knowlage about chronic disease, risk, violence, benefit, obstucle,capacity, in a middle level and Perceive of behavior for delay the progress of kidney failure in a middle level. A group of diabetes and hypertention with chronic kidney disease stages 2, 3 behavior for delay the progress of kidney failure in a middle level have every Perceive of vocabulary off health except Perceive of behavior for slowing nephropathy is be equivalent to low level.
          The result showed that of people with diabetes and hypertention, with chronic kidney disease and stages 2, 3 must have Knowlage about chronic kidney disease and Perceive of vocabulary list. Especially risk, violence and obstucle for for delay the progress of kidney failure in patients.
