          Risk management is important system go to be hospital accreditation. Krabi hospital continuous develop management system and about many people. General risk example are medical records risk, medical tools risk, environment risk, lost property, job injury and complaint service behavior. These risk must report to management system. Management guidelines have find risk, assessment ,analysis, management and evaluation. Everyday have many people come in and report risk from many ways. Environment and facility risk the air conditioner worn out high violence. The purpose of study title environment and facility risk the air conditioner worn out of root case analysis and guidelines risk management. Risk program to include information, violence levels and number of times compared to 2017 with 2018. General risk have increase number but decrease violence levels. Except title environment and facility risk the air conditioner worn out increase violence levels 4 time. After root cause analysis don, t have resolution of ventilation and air conditioner. No plan maintenance and person don' t have ventilation and air condition knowledge. Time ago tackling immediate problem.
