ผลการเรียนแบบทีมในการศึกษาภาคปฏิบัติในรายวิชาปฏิบัติทักษะพื้นฐาน ทางการพยาบาลต่อทักษะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาฉีด ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 2

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นผลงานหนึ่งในสี่จากงานวิจัยเรื่อง ผลการเรียนแบบทีมในการศึกษาภาคปฏิบัติในรายวิชาปฏิบัติทักษะพื้นฐานทางการพยาบาลต่อทักษะ เจตคติ การทำงานเป็นทีม และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 2 งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษาผลการเรียนแบบทีมในการศึกษาภาคปฏิบัติในรายวิชาปฏิบัติทักษะพื้นฐานทางการพยาบาลต่อทักษะการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาฉีดของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 2 การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบวัดผลก่อนและหลังการเรียนการสอนแบบทีม กลุ่มประชากร คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 2 จำนวน 270 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาที่ยอมรับเข้าร่วมการเรียนการสอนแบบทีม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเรียนแบบทีม จำนวน 4 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) แผนการเรียนแบบทีมรายวิชาปฏิบัติทักษะพื้นฐานทางการพยาบาล : การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาฉีด 2) แบบวัดความพร้อมรายบุคคล 3) แบบวัดความพร้อมรายกลุ่ม 4) แบบฝึกหัดกรณีศึกษาและ 5) ผู้ป่วยที่นักศึกษาให้การพยาบาล 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบประเมินทักษะฉีดยา ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสอบ OSCE เรื่อง การฉีดยา จำนวน 32 ข้อ ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและคำนวณความเที่ยง ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค .94 ผลการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ paired t - test พบว่า ผลการเรียนแบบทีมในการศึกษาภาคปฏิบัติในรายวิชาปฏิบัติทักษะพื้นฐานทางการพยาบาลต่อทักษะการฉีดยาของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่ 2 หลังการเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าก่อนการเรียนแบบทีมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.000 (p<.000) เมื่อผลการเรียนแบบทีมสามารถทำให้ผู้เรียนมีทักษะในการฉีดยามากขึ้น คณะผู้วิจัยเสนอแนะให้นำการสอนแบบทีมมาใช้ในการสอนนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Effect of Team - based learning in basic nursing skill practicum on nursing care skill for patient with medication injection in the Second year nursing student

This research study was one of the four results of the study “Effect of Team-based learning in basic nursing skill practicum on skill, attitude, teamwork, and creative thinking in the Second year nursing students : Nursing Care for patient with medication injection.” This study aimed to examine the effect of Team - based learning in basic nursing skill practicum on nursing care skill for patient with medication injection. The study was Quasi - Experimental research design using one group pre and posttest. The population were 270 Second year nursing students. The samples were 30 nursing students accepting to participate to the study. Four instruments wereused to apply team - based learning to basic nursing skill practicum including 1) lesson plan for basic skill nursing regarding nursing care for patient with medication injection, 2) the Individual Readiness Assurance Test (I - RAT) 3) Group Readiness Assurance Test (G - RAT), 4) Case studies for 5 case scenario, and 5) Five patients. Instruments used to collect the effect of team - based learning on nursing skill was the 32 - item OSCE evaluation form to examine nursing skill on injection. The evaluation form was content validated by 3 experts and the Cronbach Alpha was .94. The result of the study illuminated the significant higher nursing skill scores between pre and post team based learning (p<.000). Team - based Learning was tested to increase nursing skill on injection for the second year nursing students. Therefore, the team - based learning is recommended to apply on the shortage of instructors.
