การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะ ด้านการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อของอาจารย์พยาบาล และนักเรียนพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก

Abstract

งานวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อ งานวิจัยนี้มี 3 ขั้นตอนคือ 1) ประเมินความต้องการจำ เป็นในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 40 คน และ นักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 - 4 จำนวน 298 คน 2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรม และ 3) ทดลองใช้และศึกษาผลการใช้โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมในรายวิชากระบวนการพยาบาล โดยใช้แบบแผนการทดลองกลุ่มเดียววัดสองครั้ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ อาจารย์พยาบาล จำนวน 9 คน และนักเรียนพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1 ทั้งหมด จำนวน 80 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยใช้แบบประเมินตนเอง สำหรับอาจารย์พยาบาลใช้แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อ สำหรับนักเรียนพยาบาลใช้แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการเรียนโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ส่วนคุณภาพด้านความเชื่อมั่นมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคส์ = 0.99 และ 0.98 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การทดสอบทีแบบจับคู่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพตามความเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการฝึกอบรม พบว่า กลุ่มอาจารย์พยาบาล มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะโดยรวมก่อนและหลังการทดลองไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนกลุ่มนักเรียนพยาบาลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสมรรถนะโดย รวมและรายด้านก่อนและหลังการทดลองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกด้าน ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำไปใช้ ควรมีการทดสอบพื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษของผู้เรียนและเตรียมความพร้อมปรับพื้นฐานของผู้เรียนก่อนการจัดการเรียนการสอน

The development of a training program for enhancing the competency of learning and teaching by using English as a medium of instruction

This researchand development study aimed to develop a training program for enhancing competency of learning and teaching by using English as a medium of instruction. This research was conducted in three phases 1) the needs assessment, the samples were 40 instructors, and 298 nursing students. 2) The development of the training program. 3) The quality testing of the developed program by conducting a one group pre - test post - test design, the sample were 9 nursing instructors and 80 first year nursing students. The tools were the 1) the self - assessment form of competency of teaching learning arrangement by using English as a medium of instruction for nursing instructors, and 2) the self - assessment form of the competency of learning by using English as a medium of instruction for nursing students, which were tested for content validity and reliability, the Cronbach’s alphas of the self - assessment form for instructors was 0.99, and the self - assessment form for students was 0.98. The data analysis methods were descriptive statistics and paired t - test. The results revealed that the quality of the developed training program was approved by experts. For the instructor group, the overall pretest and post test scores of English competency was not significantly different. For the student group, the pretest and post test scores were significantly different at the significant level of 0.05 in all aspects. Theplacement test and the preparation for readiness of students should be provided before implementing the program.
