การสังเคราะห์รายงานการวิจัยของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของงานวิจัยและคุณภาพของงานวิจัย และ 2) สังเคราะห์งานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ รายงานการวิจัยของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก ที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2551 - 2555 จำนวน 42 เรื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้มี 2 ชุด คือ แบบบันทึกคุณลักษณะงานวิจัย และแบบประเมินคุณภาพงานวิจัย ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบความสอดคล้องภายในของผู้ให้คะแนน (intra - rater reliability) และระหว่างผู้ให้คะแนน (inter - rater reliability) โดยคำนวณเป็นค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันเท่ากับ 0.804 - 0.903 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยด้านคุณลักษณะงานวิจัย พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ร้อยละ 78.6 ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ร้อยละ 66.7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็น อาจารย์และนัก เรียนพยาบาล ร้อยละ 42.9 ประเภทเครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม ร้อยละ 50.0 ใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ร้อยละ 92.9 ส่วนสถิติทดสอบใช้แบบ t - test มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 23.8 ด้านคุณภาพงานวิจัยในภาพรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 3.59, S.D.= 0.41 จากคะแนนเต็ม 4) ผลการสังเคราะห์ข้อค้นพบจำแนกได้เป็น 4 หมวด คือ คุณลักษณะผู้เรียนและบัณฑิตหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนคุณภาพชีวิตและการทำงานของบุคลากรและภาวะสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ข้อสรุปที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางกำหนดนโยบายและทิศทางในการพัฒนางานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบกต่อไป

The synthesis of the research reports of The Royal Thai Army Nursing College

The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the characteristics and quality of the research reports, and 2) to synthesize the research reports of the Royal Thai Army Nursing College. The sample was the research reports which granted funding during 2008 - 2012. The research tools used in the research were the characteristic of the research recording form, and the quality of the research evaluation form with inter - rater reliability and intra - rater reliability, calculated by using Pearson correlation coefficients =
0.804 - 0.903.The data analysis used descriptive statistics and content analysis. The result reveal that most of the researches used survey method 66.7%, selected sampling by using purposive method 42.9%, most sample were nursing instructors and nursing students 42.9%, most of instruments were questionnaires 50.0%, used descriptive statistics 92.9%, the most used inference statistics was t - test 23.8%, the overall quality of the research was in the highest level ( = 3.59, S.D. = 0.41). The synthesis of research findings were categorized as; the characteristics of students, curriculum and teaching learning arrangement, quality of life and work of personnel, and health status and health behaviors. The results from the synthesis can be used as guidance for policy and direction for research development of the Royal Thai Army Nursing College in further.
