การพัฒนารูปแบบการวัดและประเมินพฤติกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลายของไทยในศตวรรษที่ 21

Abstract

การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2) เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน จำแนกตาม ภูมิภาค เพศ และระดับชั้นเรียน 3) ออกแบบรูปแบบและ 4) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของรูปแบบ กลุ่มศึกษาที่เลือกแบบเจาะจง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษา 13 ท่านและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สุ่มเลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอน คือ ครูประจำชั้นจำนวน 18 คน และนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4, 5 และ 6 จำนวนรวม 704 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสังเกต และแบบประเมิน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนสามทางผลการวิจัยจากการประเมินตนเองของนักเรียน พบว่า 1) ระดับคุณลักษณะด้านความรับผิดชอบ มีค่าสูงที่สุด( = 2.03, S.D. = .44) รองลงมา คือ ด้านใฝ่เรียนรู้ ความซื่อสัตย์ ความมีวินัย และความอดทน ( = 1.93, S.D. = .57), ( = 1.76, S.D. = .38), ( = 1.68, S.D. = .35) และ ( = 1.25, S.D. = .40) ตามลำดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสามทางของค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนพิจารณาตามภูมิภาค เพศ และระดับชั้นเรียนที่แตกต่างกันพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนแปรปรวนไปตามปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระ 3 ตัว คือ ภูมิภาคเพศและระดับชั้น 2) รูปแบบการวัดและประเมินพฤติกรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลายของไทยในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีองค์ประกอบ 3 ด้าน คือ วัตถุประสงค์ หลักการ และกระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนและ 3) ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของรูปแบบพบว่า องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.41, S.D. = .63) และ ( = 4.32, S.D. = .65)

The Development Model of Measurement and Behavioral Assessment to Enhance Desirable Characteristics of Grade 4 to 6 Thai Students of the 21st Century

The objective of this study were 1) to assess levels of desirabled characteristics2) to compare the average scores of students by region, gender and class 3) to design the measurement and behavioral assessment model and 4) to test the quality ofthe measurement and behavioral assessment model to enhance desirable characteristics of Thai students at the elementary school of the 21st Century. The 13 experts in education were taken by purposive sampling. The sample were taken by multistage random sampling. Research participant sconsisted of18 teachers and 704 students from 5 regions of Thailand. The data were collected by using various methods: observation, questionnaires and interview. Frequency, percentage, mean, S.D., and three - way anova. The research results found that 1) levels of desirabled characteristics of students from 5 regions belonged all 5 desirable characteristics in moderate level. Responsibility score was higher than the other desirable characteristics; learning eagerness / inquisition, integrity, discipline, and patience respectively ( = 2.03, S.D. = .44) ( = 1.93, S.D. = .57), ( = 1.76, S.D. = .38), ( = 1.68, S.D. = .35) and ( = 1.25, S.D. = .40) respectively. The desirable characteristics of students were average score variance interactions between the three independent variables : regions, gender and class. 2) The measurement and Behavioral Assessment model to Enhance Desirable Characteristics of Thai Students at the Elementary School of the 21st Century consisted of 3 key components : objectives, principles and process of leaning activity. 3) Regarding the outcomes of the questionnaires and interview, the study found that the models were possessed high quality in propriety and feasibility for application ( = 4.41, S.D. = .63), ( = 4.32, S.D. = .65) respectively
