สภาพและความต้องการกิจกรรมนันทนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท จังหวัดชัยนาท; The State and Need of Recreational Activities for The Elderly in Chainat Municipality Area, Chainat Province

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการกิจกรรมนันทนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท จังหวัดชัยนาท กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายกิจกรรมของเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 20 คน และผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท จังหวัดชัยนาท ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตร เครจซีและมอร์แกนได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 317 คน จากประชากรจำนวน 1,712 คน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถาม โดยผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์กับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายกิจกรรมและแจกแบบสอบถามกับผู้สูงอายุ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท จังหวัดชัยนาท ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายกิจกรรมของเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท มีการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากรที่จัดกิจกรรม ด้านงบประมาณในการจัดกิจกรรม ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านการจัดการกิจกรรมนันทนาการ

ความต้องการกิจกรรมนันทนาการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท จังหวัดชัยนาท ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชัยนาท จังหวัดชัยนาท มีความต้องการกิจกรรมนันทนาการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านแล้วพบว่า ด้านที่มีความต้องการมากที่สุดคือ ด้านขนบธรรมเนียม วัฒนธรรม และประเพณี, ด้านสังคมและส่งเสริมพัฒนาอารมณ์สุข สำหรับกิจกรรมนันทนาการที่ผู้สูงอายุมีความต้องการในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านเสริมสร้างสุขภาพพลานามัยและสมรรถภาพร่างกาย, ด้านศิลปหัตถกรรมและงานอดิเรก ส่วนกิจกรรมนันทนาการที่ผู้สูงอายุมีความต้องการในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านอาสาสมัครและด้านการส่งเสริมการอ่าน พูด เขียน

The purposes of this research were to study the state and needs of recreational activities for the elderly in Chainat municipality, Chainat province. The sample that used in this study were; 20 staffs of activities in Chainat municipality, Chainat province obtainedby specific sampling (Purposive Sampling). And elderlies in Chainat municipality area, Chainat province. The researcher determined size of the sample by the Krejcie and Morgan formula were 317 from 1,712 people. The research instrument for collecting data were the interview questions and questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The results of the research were as follow: The state of recreational management for the elderly in Chainat municipality, Chainat province. The results found that; Chainat municipality, Chainat province have organized of recreational activities for the elderly were; the place, materials, personnel, budget and recreational activities management.

Needs of recreational activities for the elderly in Chainat municipality, Chainat province. The results found that; the elderly in Chainat municipality, Chainat province needed recreational activities in overall at high level. And when consider in each aspect found that; the most needs were cultures and traditions, society and promote the development of emotion health. Recreational activities for the elderly needs at high level were strengthening health and physical fitness, arts and crafts and hobbies. And recreational activities for the elderly needs at middle level were; volunteer and reading, speaking and writing promotion.
