บทคัดย่อ

โรคสมาธิสั้น (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder : ADHD) เกิดจากการทำงานผิดปกติของสมองและระบบประสาท รวมทั้งความไม่สมดุลของสารสื่อนำประสาทในสมอง ผู้ที่เป็นโรคนี้มี 3 อาการแสดงที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ สมาธิสั้น (Inattention) อยู่ไม่นิ่ง (Hyperactivity) และอาการหนุหันพลันแล่น (Impulsivity) จากอาการที่ปรากฏในระยะยาวนานในช่วงชีวิตในวัยเด็กจะส่งผลกระทบต่อพัฒนาการด้านบุคลิกภาพ ทางการเรียนและทางสังคม วิธีการรักษาที่ทำให้โรคนี้หายขาดยังไม่มีแต่วิธีการรักษาโดยการใช้ยาร่วมกับการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม การได้รับการดูแลจากพยาบาล ผู้ปกครองและครูในแนวทางที่ถูกต้อง จะช่วยให้เด็กสามารถเรียนรู้ได้เต็มตามศักยภาพอย่างเหมาะสมตามวัย ประสบความสำเร็จในการเรียนและการใช้ชีวิต รวมทั้งอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุขเฉกเช่นคนทั่วไป

Abstract

The Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder:  ADHD was caused by brain and neuro function disorder and imbalance of neurons transmitter. ADHD was three major symptoms including inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity effected continuing long life. During childhood were lead to personality behavior, learning and social development.   The appropriate treatments of disease would be drug used, adjust behaviors, nursing care, close-up care of family and teacher. The learning process could be following capacity age. The successful conditions are pleased of leaning process, lifestyle, during society and willingness.
