Abstract

การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต หรือการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต นับเป็นกระแสหลักของสังคมในปัจจุบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนรู้ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อตัวผู้เรียนไปจนตลอดชีวิต เป็นกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่สอดแทรกไปในวิถีชีวิตของมนุษย์ การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเป็นสิ่งที่เกิดมาพร้อมกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมที่ให้ความสำคัญกับความรู้ในฐานะพลังในการขับเคลื่อนสังคม เพื่อให้สังคมก้าวไปสู่สังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งการเรียนรู้เกิดขึ้นในทุกระดับของสังคม ตั้งแต่ระดับครอบครัว ชุมชน องค์กร จนถึงสังคมเมือง การสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้จะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้เลยหากคนในสังคมไม่เห็นความสำคัญในการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องแม้ว่าเป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาไปแล้วก็ตาม ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ผู้ใหญ่ และแนวคิดในการเรียนรู้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเอง นับเป็นแนวคิดหลักสำหรับการพัฒนาผู้เรียนวัยผู้ใหญ่ และการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ในบทความนี้ผู้เขียนขอนำเสนอทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ผู้ใหญ่และแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยการชี้นำตนเองดังกล่าว รวมถึงแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทแวดล้อมต่างๆ รวมไปถึงการปรับใช้สำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนทางการ

Lifelong learning is born with social change that focus on knowledge as the driving force behind social movements In order to move towards a learning society where learning occurs at all levels of society since the family, community and the society. Creating a learning society will not occur if the society does not see the importance of learning continues even as adults who graduated long time ago. Adult learning theory and the concept of self-directed learning are a key concept for development of adult learners and human resource development. In this article, the authors showed the adult learning theory and the concept of self-directed learning within the context of the application. Including deployment for teaching nursing, that learners are emerging adulthood with systems thinking and learning are different from children and teenagers.
