ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติของนิสิตพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 3 มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ The Factors Affecting the Practicum Achievement of the Third – Year Nursing Students of Srinakharinwirot University

or:rgb(35,31,32);font-style:normal;fonการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านต่าง ๆ กับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติ และ สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติของนิสิตพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 95 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความมีวินัยในตนเอง และคุณภาพการสอนของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.23, SD = 0.09 ; = 4.12, SD = 0.08) ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านความรู้พื้นฐานเดิม แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน ความรับผิดชอบ ความขยันหมั่นเพียร ภาวะสุขภาพ เจตคติต่อวิชาชีพ สัมพันธภาพระหว่างเพื่อน ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจของผู้ปกครองการเอาใจใส่ในการเรียนของผู้ปกครอง การจัดการเรียนการสอน และสภาพแวดล้อมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก นอกจากนี้ด้านความมีวินัยในตนเอง แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน และความรู้พื้นฐานเดิม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติ (r = 0.26, 0.25 และ 0.23, p<.05) ตามลำดับ โดยตัวแปรด้านความมีวินัย และแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนสามารถร่วมทำนายผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนิสิตพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 ได้ร้อยละ 14.1 (P< .01)

The objectives of this research were to study the level of variables, relationships among the variables and the practicum achievement and to fid an equation to predict the practicum achievement of 95 third-year nursing students in faculty of nursing, Srinakharinwirot University in the fist semester of academic year 2011. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, being analyzed by using frequency, percentages, mean, standard deviation, the Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The research results showed that the self-discipline and the teaching quality of the supervisory instructors affected their practicum achievement in the higher degree ( = 4.23, SD = 0.09, = 4.12, SD = 0.08) respectively. The following factors: background knowledge, need for achievement, responsibility, ge-newline"> industriousness, health condition, attitude to professional, peer relationship, guardians’ socio-economic status, guardians’ caring, pedagogical procedure, and physical environment variables affected the practicum achievement in the high degree. Based on the results of intercorrelation analysis, they were reported that self-discipline, need for achievement and background knowledge were signifiantly positively correlated with practicum achievement (r = 0.26, 0.25 และ 0.23, p<.05) respectively. Self-discipline and need for achievement were the only two signifiant predictors of the third-year nursing students’ practicum achievement at approximately 14.1%. (P< .01).
