บทคัดย่อ
หัวนมบอดเป็นสาเหตุหนึ่งที่ทำให้แม่หยุดให้นมลูกแล้วหันมาใช้นมผสมแทน การเลือกใช้วิธีแก้ไขหัวนมบอดได้อย่างเหมาะสมน่าจะช่วยให้หัวนมกลับเป็นปกติและสามารถให้นมลูกได้ ซึ่งการแก้ไขหัวนมบอดมีทางเลือกทั้งแบบดั้งเดิมและแบบที่นำภูมิปัญญามาใช้คืออุปกรณ์ที่เรียกว่า “ไม้หีบ”

Abstract
An Invert nipple is one of problems that has caused mother stopping breast feeding their babies then they feed babies with formula milk. An appropriate choosing method for the invert nipple could be turning it to the normal nipple that mother can breast feed their babies. The modern and local wisdom methods solve the invert nipple. This paper is to present the local method that is called “Mai Heep” to recover the invert nipple.
