การเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง : มุมมองในการศึกษาทางการพยาบาล Transformative Learning: Nursing Education Perspective

Abstract

การทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในปัจจุบัน ต้องเผชิญกับปัญหาสุขภาพที่มีความซับซ้อน และมีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นทุกวัน ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่บทบาทด้านการรักษาพยาบาลเท่านั้น แต่พยาบาลยังต้องสามารถเพิ่มความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้รับบริการ และการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชน รวมไปถึงการเป็นผู้ติดต่อ ประสานงานร่วมกับสหสาขาวิชาชีพในสถานบริการทางสุขภาพระดับต่าง ๆ ดังนั้นการเตรียมนักศึกษาพยาบาลให้มีสมรรถนะทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะ และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงของเมสิโรว์ เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่จะช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนได้คิดวิเคราะห์ โดยการจัดสภาพการเรียนให้เผชิญกับวิกฤตการณ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามมุมมองเดิมของตน เกิดการใคร่ครวญอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ สนทนาเชิงวิพากษ์จนนำไปสู่การเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอหลักของการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลง แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงในการศึกษาทางการพยาบาล โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างศักยภาพทางการพยาบาล ที่ไม่เพียงแต่มี
ทักษะทางการพยาบาล แต่ต้องสามารถแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ทางการพยาบาล และเป็นผู้นำในการดูแลสุขภาพต่อไป

Nowadays, nurses work in complex health problems and more severe every day, which not only on medical treatment and cure, but also on enabling patients self-care and strengthening of the community. As well as a coordinator with multidisciplinary team in multi-level of health care setting. Therefor, to prepare nursing students to have the knowledge, skills, competencies, and working with others is extremely important. Transformative learning theory, as outlined by Mezirow, suggests adult learning is spurred by a disorienting dilemma. Adults then use critical reflction and discourse prior to implementing new learning. This article explores the use of transformative learning principles in nursing education. A goal is to cultivate nursing capability, that is, nurses who are not only able to work skillfully, but who also demonstrate vision about nursing and leadership in healthcare.
