Abstract

การพัฒนาบันไดวิชาชีพทางการพยาบาล มีความสำคัญต่อการธำรงรักษาบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลให้คงอยู่ในระบบบริการพยาบาล และได้รับการยอมรับจากสหสาขาวิชาชีพ บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางสร้างบันไดวิชาชีพทางการพยาบาล โดยพิจารณาจากระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน คุณวุฒิทางการศึกษา และสมรรถนะทางการพยาบาล เพื่อเป็นข้อกำหนดในการพิจารณาความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การได้รับตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้น ทั้งนี้บันไดวิชาชีพทางการพยาบาลควรมีความสอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างองค์กรพยาบาล และระเบียบข้อบังคับของสภาการพยาบาล

The development of a nursing career ladder is an important component of the nursing profession in order to maintain recognition and an adequate nursing workforce. The purpose of this article present to nursing career guideline. Be considered time in nursing service, education and core competency. This criteria are requirement for career advancement and prepare to higher position. The career ladder had link to nursing organizational structure and professional nursing regulations based on Nursing and Midwifery Council.
