สุขภาพทางเลือกกับมุมมองในการพิจารณาเลือกใช้ที่ไม่ควรมองข้าม Alternative Health and Perspective to Select without Overlook

Abstract

กระแสความตื่นตัวในการดูแลสุขภาพด้วยวิธีการรักษาโรค การป้องกันโรคและด้วยทางเลือกอื่น ๆ ที่นอกเหนือจากกรอบ ของการแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน ทำให้เกิดแง่มุมของสุขภาพทางเลือกหรือการแพทย์ทางเลือกจากหลายแหล่งข้อมูล โดยเฉพาะภายใต้บริบทของกระบวนทัศน์แบบองค์รวม ซึ่งระบบสุขภาพทางเลือกนี้ถูกพิจารณาให้อยู่ในฐานะของ “การเสริมซึ่งกันและกัน” ในระบบการแพทย์ (Complementary Medicine) ในบริบทของสังคมไทยกระแสความนิยมต่อสุขภาพทางเลือกเริ่มมีสูงขึ้นกว่าช่วงที่ผ่านมา อาจจะเนื่องจากเหตุปัจจัยหลักหลายประการ เช่น ข้อจำกัดของระบบการแพทย์แผนตะวันตกและระบบบริการสาธารณสุขที่ดำรงอยู่ กระแสความตื่นตัวในวิถีชีวิตแบบธรรมชาติ เป็นต้น แต่จะด้วยเหตุผลใดก็ตาม สิ่งที่บุคลากรสายแพทย์และพยาบาลควรตระหนักก็คือ บทบาทในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เรื่องของสุขภาพทางเลือก โดยต้องอยู่บนหลักการของการผสมผสานอย่างเหมาะสมบนพื้นฐานขององค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว บทความนี้ใคร่กล่าวถึงกระแสนิยมและวิธีการของสุขภาพทางเลือก และ
ใคร่ขอเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพิจารณาเลือกใช้ระบบสุขภาพทางเลือก เพื่อให้เกิดผลดีต่อสุขภาพและการบำบัดรักษาโรคต่อไป

Current awareness of health care with medical treatment including prevention disease and other alternatives beyond the framework of conventional medicine bring about the aspects of alternative health or alternative medicine from many sources, especially within the context of holistic paradigm. This alternative health system is considered as “Contribution of each other” for Complementary Medicine. According to the context of Thai community, the popularity of the alternative health has been increasing mainly due to many factors such as the constraints of conventional medicine, the existing public health service system and the trend awareness of the natural way of life. No matter what reason is, the staff of medical profession and nurse should realize that the role for developing the knowledge of alternative health development must be using proper integrative principle based on the knowledge that has been verifid. This article stated that the popularity current and the method of alternative medicine including the approach of considering how to select the alternative health system in order to enhance the health care and treatment.
