Development of a Care Model Psychiatric on High-Risk Substance Toward Violence by the Participation Process of Network Partners, Chanthaburi Province

This research is a development-oriented study aimed at analyzing behaviors from fundamental components, developing a model, and studying the outcomes of the developed model for the care of psychiatric patients who use substances and are at high risk of violence, through the participatory process of network partners in Chanthaburi Province. This research is a development-oriented study (Research and development). Analyze descriptive statistical data Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, analyze the results of knowledge and skill scores using inferential statistics and content analysis.
Research findings indicate that psychiatric patients who use substances have a system in place for monitoring and preventing relapse. They receive continuous care without interruption, with a seamless care coordination system, family care, warning signal monitoring, community coordination, and social support from all agencies. There are guidelines for referrals, and the family network and mental health teams have increased knowledge and skills. Psychiatric patients do not exhibit repeated violence, at a rate of * Co r res pon d ing Author: 100% models. Aiming to develop a psychiatric care system for substance users that aligns with the local context and has an increased network of personnel, it can expand the model’s impact to other areas.
