ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเสี่ยงในการพลัดตกหกล้มของผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาย้อนหลัง เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเสี่ยงในการพลัดตกหกล้มของผู้สูงอายุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม คลินิกผู้ป่วยนอกโรงพยาบาลท่าศาลา ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม 2564 – ธันวาคม 2566 ผู้ป่วยจำนวน 146 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินและคัดกรองโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม และแบบประเมินความเสี่ยง ต่อการหกล้มของผู้สูงอายุไทยที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน (Thai FRAT) ความเชื่อมั่นโดยรวมทั้งชุด (r) เท่ากับ 1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ความสัมพันธ์ไคสแควร์และสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบทวิภาค
ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเสี่ยงต่อการพลัดตกหกล้ม พบว่าอายุ อาชีพ โรคประจำตัวและอาการปวดข้อเข่าร่วมกับ ข้อฝืดขัด (stiffness) น้อยกว่า 30 นาที และปัจจัยทำนายความเสี่ยงต่อการพลัดตกหกล้มในผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม ได้แก่ อายุ อาชีพ และอาการปวดข้อเข่าร่วมกับมีอาการข้อฝืดขัด (stiffness) น้อยกว่า 30 นาที อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ พยาบาลสามารถนำไปพัฒนาเป็นกิจกรรมหรือโปรแกรมป้องกันการพลัดตกหกล้มในผู้ป่วยโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมทั้งในโรงพยาบาล และชุมชน
