ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ

การศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและปัจจัยทางการบริหารที่มีผลต่อการดเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 302 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียรสัน และการถดถอยพหุเชิงเส้นแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=2.53; S.D.= .30) ระดับปัจจัยทางการบริหารภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=2.53; S.D.= .32) และระดับการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=2.65; S.D.= .34) และพบว่าภาพรวมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางและปัจจัยทางการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับสูงกับการดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (r = .699, p-value = < .001) (r = .819, p-value = < .001) ตามลำดับ และปัจจัยความรอบรู้ด้านด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ ด้านการบอกต่อ ด้านการตัดสินใจ และปัจจัยทางการบริหารด้านเทคโนโลยี ด้านเวลา ด้านบุคลากร มีผลและสามารถร่วมพยากรณ์การดำเนินงานป้องกันและควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอเมืองชัยภูมิ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ได้ร้อยละ 85.0 (R2adj = .850)
