Abstract

This basic mixed methods research design aimed to develop psychological strategies for enhancing the psychological immunity of early adulthood families in the central perimeter provincial cluster. The study involved two groups of samples. The first group of participants for psychological immunity study comprised 214 early adulthood families, selected by stratified random sampling from the population. The second group was purposively selected from the first group consisted of 20 early adulthood families whose psychological immunity scores were lower than 25th percentile. They were randomly assigned into two groups, classified as an experimental group and a control group, with 10 families in each group. The experimental group participated in the psychological strategies while the control group did not receive any psychological strategy. The research instruments were psychological immunity scale and psychological strategies. Statistical analyses utilized the non-parametric test.
