Lived Experiences of Professional Nurses Infected with Coronavirus 2019

This qualitative study aimed to describe lived experiences of professional nurses infected with COVID-19. Qualitative research was applied to use in this study. The informants were 15 nurses who had experience infected with COVID-19 from working. The tools used consisted of the researchers who were an important interview tool and collect data manually. There were other tools to help collect data, namely 1) digital voice recorders, 2) personal data record forms, 3) field record forms, 4) transcript forms, and 5) interview questions.
Data collection was done using in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by using content analysis of Colaizzi method.
The finding of this study are consisted of themes as follows: 1) Risk working conditions, 2) Entering the medical system for COVID-19 treatment, 3) Various emotions during quarantine and treatment, 4) Having post-COVID conditions and 5) The work of nurses are risk at all times.
