ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยของวัยผู้ใหญ่ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

การศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวางเชิงพรรณาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้า สู่สังคมสูงวัยของวัยผู้ใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือวัยผู้ใหญ่มีอายุ 35-59 ปี จำนวน 440 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พฤติกรรมสุขภาพตาม (3อ2ส) ความรู้ความเข้าใจทางสุขภาพ (3อ2ส) แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการเตรียมความ พร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา ได้ค่า 0.97 และหาค่าความเที่ยง 0.95, 0.82 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการทดสอบของฟิชเชอร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านสถานภาพสมรส สถานภาพทางการเงิน ระดับการศึกษา พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ (3อ2ส) ทัศนคติต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย และแรง สนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยของวัยผู้ใหญ่รวมทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.01) และปัจจัยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับการเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัย (3อ2ส) มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้า สู่สังคมสูงวัยของวัยผู้ใหญ่รวมทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p<.05
