Data are analyzed with basic statistics: frequency, percentage, deviation. standard and t-test.
The results showed that registered nurses had knowledge scores in preparation and vaccination according to the guidelines for the management of COVID-19 ChAdox1-n CoV vaccines (AstraZeneca) before and after educating on average 8.60 ± 1.10 and 9.67 ± 1.10. 0.55 knowledge scores on preparation and vaccination after educating more than before educating mean 1.07 points. (95%CI: 0.68,1.46) statistically significant (p-value < 0.001). They are satisfied with the use of the guidelines for the management of COVID-19 ChAdox1-n CoV vaccines (AstraZeneca) at the highest level.
