ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ Factors Effecting the Quality of Healthcare Service of Medical Personnel of The Royal Thai Police

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติจำนวน 295 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องได้เท่ากับ .99 และทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยวัดความสอดคล้องภายในชุดเดียวกันได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .83 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยสำหรับ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติทุกด้านอยู่
ในระดับสูงขึ้นไป และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ คือปัจจัยด้านอาชีพ โดยมีความแตกต่างระหว่างอาชีพพยาบาลกับอาชีพแพทย์และอาชีพพยาบาลกับอาชีพสหวิชาชีพแต่อาชีพแพทย์กับอาชีพสหวิชาชีพไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านอายุงาน การจัดการคนที่มีความสามารถสูง การจัดการความรู้และโครงสร้างองค์การแบบราชการ ไม่มีผลต่อคุณภาพบริการของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ ผู้บริหารและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องควรนำผลการวิจัยนี้เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

This research has the objective to study about the level of the quality of healthcare service and to study factors effecting the quality of healthcare service of medical personnel of the Royal Thai Police. Research subjects were 295 medical personnel. Questionnaire was used for collecting data. All instruments were tested for the content validity fiding index of item objective congruence is equal to .99 and tested for reliability with Cronbach,s Alpha Coeffiient is equal to .83. The data were analyzed by test of means for one sample, test of One-Way ANOVA with LSD for pair comparisons and multiple regression analysis with enter method

The fiding of this study revealed that: The level of all the parts of quality of healthcare service of medical personnel of the Royal Thai Police were higher levels. Factors effecting the quality of healthcare service of medical personnel of the Royal Thai Police is Occupation of service provider factor; difference of occupation is nurse with physician and between nurse with multidisciplinary but not difference between physician with multidisciplinary. Other factors; Working period, Talent management, Knowledge management and Bureaucratic structure were no effected to healthcare quality of medical personnel of the Royal Thai Police. Thereof to the executives to be utilized this fiding for management of healthcare quality service of medical personnel of the Royal Thai Police later on.
