การมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชีย The Participation in Educational Quality Assurance of Eastern Asia University Personnel

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชีย โดยการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะทางจิตของบุคคลและปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายนอกกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชียจำนวน 198 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับของลิเคิร์ท ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามลักษณะทางจิตของบุคลากร แบบสอบถามปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายนอก และแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.897, 0.920, 0.970 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย
ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน t-test, และ F-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (  = 3.40)
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของบุคลากรจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ ตำแหน่ง ลักษณะการปฏิบัติงานและระยะเวลาที่ทำงานในมหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชีย มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนเพศ อายุและระดับการศึกษา ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ลักษณะทางจิตของบุคคลได้แก่เจตคติต่องานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาเจตคติต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและแรงจูงใจในการทำงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายนอกได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร ความร่วมมือของผู้ร่วมงาน บรรยากาศองค์กร วัฒนธรรมองค์กร การติดต่อสื่อสารและการได้รับการฝึก อบรมด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา อย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objective of this research was to study the participation in educational quality assurance of Eastern Asia University Personnel. The study focused on the comparison of the participation in educational quality assurance with personal factors and the relationship between mental characteristics of personnel, surrounding of a work factors with the participation in educational quality assurance. The sample was 198 Eastern Asia University personnel which consisted of executives, instructors and supporting personnel. The research instruments were fie level Likert rating-scale type questionnaires, comprised of mental characteristics of personnel, surrounding of a work factors and participation in educational quality assurance with the reliabilities of 0.897, 0.920, 0.970 respectively. Statistics used in data analysis were the frequency,
percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, t-test and F-test. The results showed that the participation of Eastern Asia University personnel overall was at moderate level ( = 3.40). Participation in educational quality assurance of personnel, classifid by experience of work, working position, performance characteristics, and duration of work in Eastern Asia University, showed statistically signifiant difference at level 0.05, the gender age and level of education no signifiant difference. Mental characteristics of personnel were attitude toward educational quality assurance, attitude toward participation in educational quality assurance and motivation to work for educational quality assurance had related to participation in educational quality assurance at the signifiant level 0.05. The surrounding of a work
factors were supporting from administrators, cooperation of colleagues, organizational climate, organizational culture, communication and quality assurance training, had related to participation in educational quality
assurance of personnel at the statistically signifiant level 0.05.
