การเขียนข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบเพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดแบบมีวิจารณญาณ ตามกรอบกระบวนการพยาบาล Writing Multiple-Choice Questions to Promote Critical Thinking Based on Nursing Process

Abstract

บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนแนวทางการเขียนข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบเพื่อใช้ส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณของผู้เรียน ตามกรอบกระบวนการที่ประกอบด้วยการใช้เหตุผลทั้งด้านพุทธิพิสัย จิตพิสัย และทักษะพิสัย โดยใช้เกณฑ์ 4 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1) เขียนเหตุผลในการตอบข้อสอบแต่ละข้อ 2) เขียนข้อสอบในระดับการประยุกต์ใช้ขึ้นไป 3) ใช้การคิดเชิงเหตุผลหลายเหตุผล ประกอบกันเพื่อตอบคำถาม และ 4) ใช้ความสามารถในการจำแนกอย่างสูงเพื่อเลือกคำตอบถูกจากตัวเลือกที่เป็นไปได้ บทความนี้ มีตัวอย่างการเขียนโจทย์ข้อสอบแบบเลือกตอบพร้อมตัวเลือกตามกรอบกระบวนการพยาบาลครบทุกสาขาทางการพยาบาลซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาข้อสอบเพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณสำหรับหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต

The purpose of this article is to review the guideline of writing multiple-choice questions to promote the learners’ critical thinking based on nursing process. The components of the critical thinking are the logical use of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain. Morrison, et al. (1996 cited in Morrison and Free, 2001) proposes four criteria for critical thinking multiple choice test items: include rationale for each test items; write questions at the application or above cognitive level; require multilogical thinking to answer questions; require a high level of discrimination to choose from among plausible alternatives. They also exemplify the stems of multiple-choice questions in all steps of nursing process. These examples can adapt for all filds of nursing to promote and measure critical thinking.
