Effects of Health Volunteer’s Capacity Building based on Knowledge and Skills in The Use of Basic Drugs

This quasi-experimental research. The aim was to investigate the impact of the village health volunteers learning development program on knowledge and skills in the use of basic drugs. Select a Purposive Sampling. The village health volunteers total 60 subjects were a control group of 30 subjects and an experimental group of 30 subjects. Sam Khok sub-district Pathum Thani Province Tools was used as a program to develop the learning potential of village health volunteers in knowledge and skills in basic drug use Knowledge and Skills Assessment Form for Basic Drug Use General Data Analysis with Percentage Statistics Mean and Standard Deviation Statistics Paired t-test.
The results of this study showed that the effect of village health volunteers learning potential development program on knowledge and skills in basic drug use The experimental group had higher knowledge and practical skills than before receiving the village health volunteers learning potential development program on basic drug use knowledge and skills and was statistically significantly higher than the control group. (p<.05)
