Abstract

The purpose of this research and development study was 1) to study the daily living abilities of the elderly by using Barthel ADL index and 2) to the development of exercise innovation for enhancing the quality of life elderly with knee osteoarthritis Kumuang Sub-district Warinchamrab District Ubon Rathcathani Province. The sampling groups 40 elderly people. The tools consist of questionnaires of general, information, Barthel ADL index, Osteoarthritis of the knee, WHOQOL_BREF_THAI and satisfaction questionnaire from using innovation. Chronbach’s alpha coefficient = 0.91, 0.86, 0.87 and 0.89 Analyze results and calculate the relationship between quality of life and personal factors. Pearson ’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Pearson ’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The relationship between quality of life and personal factors. Paired – Samples T – Test. The research found that The experimental group had the quality of life of the elderly, knee, and physical, psychological, and environmental aspects after the experiment was higher than before the experiment (p <.05) And social relationship (p <.01)
