Development of The Health Care New Normal Model for Elderly Chachoengsao Province

This study aims to develop of The health care new normal model for elderly Chachoengsao Province. The sample is 30 seniors of social addiction group over the age of 60. Using health care new normal model. Which consists of 4 activities 1. Healthy couple menu 2. Stretch a little each day 3. Combine positive thinking energy 4. 3 aspects (food, exercise and emotion) together to do. Together with the involvement of the family Communities and government agencies The results were compared within the sample. The used statistical samples were Paired samples t - test.
The study results showed that The health care new normal model for elderly is appropriate and relevant with the community needs and helps in the implementation of health care work of the elderly in the community more. Before and after the activity had a statistically significant difference in mean score of .05 1) The mean score of knowledge about health care before and after the activity was 2.85 and 4.67 2) The mean score of health care behavior before and after activities were 3.20 and 4.14. 3) The mean score of satisfaction before and after activity was 2.92 and 3.31, respectively.
