Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the model of ethical and risks decision-making dilemma development of nursing practical among RTA nurses. Proceeding development research by 3 steps e.g. Step 1: The study of basic data to verify the defining, elements, indicating behavior of each element and the guideline to develop ethical decision - making in which the risk dilemma of nursing practical and created the model of development and the collateral tools for ethical decision making in which the risk of nursing practical by using the focus group process which verified the appropriated of content by the expertizes. Step 2: Verified the reasonableness and the possibility of the model to develop by studied the quality developing as of PDCA process. The last step 3: Evaluating the effectiveness of development, the proceeding which consists of Planning, operating, observing and reflection of though. The research participants are 83 of professional nurses, the experiment pattern was One Group Pretest and Posttest design. Analyzed compare the data by using basic statistic compared t – test. Result showed that currently condition of the professional nurses in decision – making of risks ethical and dilemma, they are lack of knowledge and expertized, there is no guidelines to be practice. The model of ethical and risks decision-making dilemma development of nursing practical among RTA nurses consist of external factors, individual factors, and facilitating strategies management, the nursing ability is improving in every activity.
