การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาการตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรม ที่มีความเสี่ยงทางการพยาบาลแบ่ง เป็น 3 ระยะ 1 ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเพื่อตรวจสอบยืนยันนิยาม องค์ประกอบพฤติกรรมบ่งชี้ในแต่ละองค์ประกอบและหารูปแบบใน การพัฒนาการตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรมที่มีความเสี่ยงทางการพยาบาลในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาและเครื่อง มือของพยาบาลโดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มสนทนา 2 ทดลองใช้ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ นำแนวทางการพัฒนา คุณภาพตามแนวคิดการพัฒนาคุณภาพ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์และการสะท้อนคิดและการปฏิบัติจริง 3 ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยแบบวัดการประเมินคุณภาพแนวทางปฏิบัติสำหรับการวิจัยและการประเมินผล โดยประเมิน การตัดสินใจและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้รูปแบบ ผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 83 คน การทดลอง 17 เดือน ใช้แบบแผน ศึกษากลุ่มเดียวกันและวัดก่อน-หลังการทดลอง เปรียบเทียบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานเปรียบเทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างเดียวกันก่อน- หลังการทดสอบ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ การตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรมที่มีความเสี่ยงพยาบาลวิชาชีพมีปัญหาด้านขาดความรู้ความ เชี่ยวชาญในการตัดสินใจ ไม่มีแนวทางในการปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน ส่วนรูปแบบการพัฒนาการตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรมที่มีความเสี่ยงประกอบ ด้วย ปัจจัยภายนอก ปัจจัยภายในบุคคลและกลยุทธการสนับสนุนการจัดการ ผลการทดลองหลังใช้รูปแบบพยาบาลมีการตัดสินใจดี ขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบทุกด้าน
