ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่น ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่1 วิทยาลัยเซนต์หลุยส์ Factors Associated with Unwanted Adolescent Women Pregnancy in the Perceived of The First Year Students at Saint Louis College

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่น  ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเซนต์หลุยส์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยเซนต์หลุยส์ จำนวน 137 คน แบ่งเป็นคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ จำนวน 78 คน คณะศิลปศาสตร์ จำนวน 36 คน และคณะกายภาพบำบัด จำนวน 23 คน ใช้วิธีเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ทัศนคติต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ ความรู้การคุมกำเนิด สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม สื่อ และวัฒนธรรม  ค่านิยม 3) ลักษณะครอบครัว และ 4) การตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่น แบบสอบถามได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน หาค่าดัชนีความตรงได้เท่ากับ  .86 และความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่  ร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย  ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ ทัศนคติต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และลักษณะครอบครัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่น ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .314 และ .288 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนความรู้การคุมกำเนิด และปัจจัยภายนอก คือ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม สื่อ และวัฒนธรรม ค่านิยม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของสตรีวัยรุ่น ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .519 และ .437 ตามลำดับ) จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าครอบครัว และสถาบันการศึกษามีบทบาทสำคัญในการปลูกฝังค่านิยมที่ถูกต้อง ส่งเสริมทัศนคติที่ดีในเรื่องการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ และความรู้ในการคุมกำเนิด

The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the relationships between internal factors and external factors which associated with unwanted adolescent women pregnancy in the perceived of the first year students at Saint Louis College. The 137 samples were the first year students, including 78 persons in nursing faculty, 36 persons in liberal arts, and 23 persons in physical therapy. The samples were selected by simple random sampling. The data were collected by using the questionnaires including 4 parts: 1) personal data 2) sexual attitude, knowledge of family planning, social, environment, media, culture, and value 3) family characteristic and 4) unwanted adolescent women pregnancy. The questionnaires were validated by three experts (Content validity index: CVI was .86) and the reliability of the questionnaires by using Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient were .80. The data were analyzed to find frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The results indicated that internal factors such as sexual attitude and family characteristic have statistically significant low positive  relationship  with  unwanted  adolescent  women  pregnancy  at  p < .01 (r = .314 and. 288, respectively). Meanwhile, knowledge of family planning and external factors: social,environment, media, culture, and value have  statistically significant moderate positive relationship with unwanted adolescent women pregnancy at p < .01 (r = .519 and .437, respectively). The findings suggested that family and educational institution have an important role to provide the right value, encourage the good attitude to sexual relations and knowledge of family planning.
