การวิจัยเชิงชาติพันธุ์วรรณากับการบริการพยาบาลในยุคอาเซียน Ethnography Research for Nursing Service System in ASEAN

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงชาติพันธุ์วรรณา เป็นการวิจัยที่มีรากฐานมาจากศาสตร์สาขาทางมานุษยวิทยา(anthropology) และทางสังคม (sociology) ที่มุ่งอธิบายวิถีชีวิตขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีหรือวัฒนธรรมที่เฉพาะของสังคมหนึ่ง เพื่อให้รู้จักวัฒนธรรมของบุคคลนั้นๆ ได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง (งามพิศ สัตย์สงวน, 2547, Spradley, 1979) ในปัจจุบันการวิจัยเชิงชาติพันธุ์วรรณา เป็นการวิจัยที่ได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากโดยเฉพาะระบบบริการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ เนื่องจากปัจจุบันระบบการพยาบาลในประเทศไทยกำลังเตรียมความพร้อมสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ทำให้ผู้นำในองค์กรวิชาชีพทางการพยาบาลต้องเร่งปรับวิธีคิดให้คนในองค์กรเห็นความสำคัญกับการให้บริการบนพื้นฐานความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม ให้บริการด้วยความเข้าใจวิถีของบุคคล เข้าใจวัฒนธรรมด้านสุขภาพของบุคคลนั้นๆอาเซียน : การบริการพยาบาล (2) การวิจัยเชิงชาติพันธุ์วรรณา เครื่องมือทำความเข้าใจวัฒนธรรมอาเซียน และ (3) การใช้งานวิจัยเชิงชาติพันธุ์วรรณาเพื่อเตรียมระบบบริการการพยาบาลสู่สังคมอาเซียนซึ่งจะช่วยให้พยาบาลทราบถึงกระบวนการวิจัยชาติพันธุ์วรรณาและสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพยาบาลได้

Ethnography  Research is a research based on Anthropology and Sociology which intend to explain the way of life, custom, tradition or culture in particular on one society. Nowadays, Ethnographic Research is a very interesting research especially in nursing service system because it related to nursing service system which prepares to ASEAN community across different culture and beliefs of the clients. Therefore, it is necessary for nurses providing appropriate to understand and ethnographic research method in order to better understand client’s needs and to improve nursing service system preparing ASEAN come.

The objectives are to explain about four objects. First, ASEAN community:   Nursing Service System. Second, ethnographic research tool  of understand ASEAN culture. And finally, Application of ethnographic research to nursing service system preparing for ASEAN community. This article will guide nurses to understand methods of ethnographic research and to apply for improving nursing service system.
