Now a day, the society is both information society and aging society. The Development of information technology and the population structure change. This is relevant to the elderly. This article presents the concepts about information technology society, the elderly society and information technology that relevant to elderly care. The objective of this article is to show how to integrate the new technology and the aging and to understand the technology that enables the elderly to live happily within the technological change
