The Relationship Between The Effective Medical Care Services and The Preventing in Repeated Pregnancy Behaviors in Teenagers

The objective of this descriptive research was to study the relationship between the effective medical care services and the prevention of repeated pregnancy behaviors in teenagers. The study was conducted from 1 December 2017 - 31 January 2018. Samples are 163 teenagers who got the first pregnant and antenatal care at Pathum Thani Hospital, Pathum Thani. The research instrument was questionnaire and data were collected at analyzed by using statistic program; frequency, average, percentage, and standard deviation, Chi-square test, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The study results showed that 1) Biophysical factors in associated with age, education level, husband’s age, age when getting the first pregnancy, and birth control history related to the preventing in repeated pregnancy behavior in teenagers at .05 statistical significant level. 2) Predisposing factors, enabling factors, and reinforcing factors repeated to the preventing in repeated pregnancy behavior in teenagers at .05 statistical significant level.
