ผลของการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting ต่อคุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย และความพึงพอใจ ในการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ต่อการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting ของหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิง โรงพยาบาลอานันทมหิดล กลุ่มประชากรได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิงจำนวน 8 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิงจำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มก่อนทดลองจำนวน 20 คน และกลุ่มหลังทดลองจำนวน 20 คนโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามคุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting โดยผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .94 และ.96 และตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .93 และ.94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย หลังการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting ดีกว่าก่อนการใช้แบบบันทึก (p-value = .05) 2. ความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิง โรงพยาบาลอานันทมหิดล ต่อการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.89, SD = .690)

Effects Of The Focus Charting Nursing Documentation On Quality Of Nursing Perceived By Patients, And Professional Nurses’ Satisfaction

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare quality of nursing between before and after using the focus charting documentation and study the level of the professional nurses’ satisfaction in female medicine ward, AnandaMahidol Hospital. The population are 8 professional nurses and the sample are 40 patients devided in 2 groups, 20s before and 20s after by using a purposive sampling technique. Research instruments were developed by the researcher consist of Quality of nursing perceived by the patient questionnaire and Professional nurses’ satisfaction questionnaire. The content validity index were .94 and .96and the reliabillityby cronbach’s alpha coefficient were .93 and .94 respectively. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Major findings of the study were as followed 1. The quality of nursing perceived by patients after using the focus charting documentation is better than before significantly. (p value = .05) 2. The professional nurses’satisfaction after using the focus charting documentation is at the good level. ( = 3.89, SD = .690)
