ความต้องการและการตัดสินใจเรียนรู้ด้านสุขภาพผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดชุมพร

การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและการตัดสินใจเรียนรู้ด้านสุขภาพผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ รวมถึงปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเรียนรู้ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) จังหวัดชุมพร กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ อสม. อายุ 18-59 ปี จำนวน 12,795 คน โดยได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 373 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาทั้งฉบับ 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความต้องการและการตัดสินใจเรียนรู้ด้านสุขภาพผ่านออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับสูงร้อยละ 81.6 (Mean = 81.95, S.D. = 2.60) ความสามารถในการใช้สมาร์ตโฟนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 50.1 (Mean = 7.09, S.D. = 1.11) อสม. ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 15 ปี ร้อยละ 30.2 (Mean = 11.33, S.D. = 9.27) และสามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้เอง ร้อยละ 70.2 (Mean = 6.82, S.D. = 1.30) ด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดในด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ รองลงมา คือ การรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งานการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความต้องการและการตัดสินใจเรียนรู้ ด้านสุขภาพออนไลน์ พบว่า ระดับการศึกษาจำนวนปีที่ปฏิบัติงาน ความสามารถใช้สมาร์ตโฟน การเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ต และทุกปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 73.0
