บทคัดย่อ

ประเทศไทยและทั่วโลกกำลังก้าวสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างรวดเร็ว ท่ามกลางความท้าทายด้านสุขภาพ การขาดแคลนผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และผลกระทบจากโรคระบาด ซึ่งตอกย้ำความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลและการพยาบาลให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทวิถีใหม่ งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้สูงอายุของผู้ดูแลในยุคปกติวิถีใหม่ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยาแบบพรรณนา ตามแนวคิดของ Husserl ข้อมูลถูกรวบรวมจากผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนตำบลจอมทอง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 15 คน ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม และการบันทึกภาคสนาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการของโคไลซี (Colaizzi)
ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนประสบการณ์สำคัญของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ยุคปกติวิถีใหม่ โดยพบประเด็นหลัก 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) สมรรถนะเชิงป้องกันของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุในภาวะวิกฤตโรคระบาด 2) การสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุท่ามกลางภาวะวิกฤต 3) การพัฒนาทักษะดิจิทัลและเครื่องมือทางการแพทย์เพื่อสนับสนุนการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และ 4) การบริหารการเงินเพื่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในช่วงวิกฤต ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุต้องเผชิญทั้งภาระ ความท้าทาย และการปรับตัวในหลายมิติ การเข้าถึงประสบการณ์เหล่านี้ช่วยให้เข้าใจปรากฏการณ์เชิงลึกของการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในยุควิถีใหม่ อีกทั้งยังสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลเชิงนโยบายเพื่อพัฒนาการบริหารทางการพยาบาล ระบบการดูแลสุขภาพ และการเตรียมความพร้อมของสังคมผู้สูงอายุที่อาจต้องเผชิญโรคอุบัติใหม่ในอนาคต
