บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักศึกษาพยาบาลกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1-4 จำนวน 228 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ แบบสอบถามความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบประเมินความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต แบบประเมินความเครียด และแบบประเมินโรคซึมเศร้า 9 คำถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น คือ 0.810-0.958 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
      ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาล มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของภาวะซึมเศร้า (9Q) อยู่ในระดับน้อยมาก (Mean = 5.03, S.D. = 4.46) และพบว่าความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะซึมเศร้า (r = 0.727, p-value < 0.01) ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะซึมเศร้า (r = -0.431, p-value < 0.01) การเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะซึมเศร้า (r = 0.411, p-value < 0.01) และความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะซึมเศร้า (r = -0.225, p-value < 0.01) ดังนั้น สถาบันการศึกษาทางการพยาบาล ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่มุ่งเน้นส่งเสริมความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจ ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเองทักษะการจัดการอารมณ์ และการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล รวมไปถึงให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการรับมือและแนวทางการจัดการความเครียด เพื่อให้มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดี ไม่เกิดภาวะซึมเศร้า และใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีความสุขขณะเรียนในหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต
