ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ตำบลแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด 19) ของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานในเขตรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลแม่พูล อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 262 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างมีระบบ ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูล ดังนี้ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.86-0.93 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น ระหว่าง 0.75-0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยง การรับรู้ความรุนแรง การรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ การรับรู้ความสามารถ และสิ่งชักนำการปฏิบัติ อยู่ในระดับสูงและการรับรู้อุปสรรคอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคอยู่ในระดับสูง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ได้แก่ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันโรค (Beta = 0.433, p-value < 0.001) อาชีพเกษตรกร (Beta = 0.165, p-value = 0.001) การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรค (Beta = 0.045, p-value = 0.004) ดังนั้น ควรส่งเสริมให้รับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันโรคในเรื่องการสวมหน้ากากอนามัยการล้างมือ การเว้นระยะห่าง และการฉีดวัคซีน โดยเน้นผู้ป่วยเบาหวานในสถานบริการสุขภาพ รวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้เกิดการรับรู้ความเสี่ยง โดยเจ้าของสถานประกอบการร่วมกับองค์การท้องถิ่นวางแนวทางป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มอาชีพเกษตรกร เน้นตลาดและงานพิธีต่างๆ พร้อมสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ป้องกันโรค ใช้การกระตุ้นเตือนถึงความเสี่ยงของโรคโควิด 19 อย่างต่อเนื่อง
