ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดสุโขทัย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านจำนวน 486 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคจากพฤติกรรม (Mean = 4.38, S.D. = 0.65) การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเกิดโรคจากพฤติกรรม (Mean = 4.37, S.D. = 0.67) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติ พฤติกรรม (Mean = 4.41, S.D. = 0.65) และพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 3.95, S.D. = 0.48) ส่วนการรับรู้อุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 3.03, S.D. = 0.99) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านสูงที่สุด คือ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรม
(β= 0.30) การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรค จากพฤติกรรม (β = 0.18) เพศหญิง (β= 0.13) ระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ (β = 0.13) และระยะเวลาในการเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (β = 0.10) ตามลำดับ ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ ทั้ง 5 ตัวร่วมกันพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านได้ ร้อยละ 27.2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรสร้างการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมและการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคจากพฤติกรรม ตลอดจนปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่พึงประสงค์ต่อไป
