ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อบทบาทการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านพื้นที่ชายแดนอำเภอบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อบทบาทการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) พื้นที่ชายแดนอำเภอบ้านโคก จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 192 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บทบาทการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของ อสม. อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 76.0 ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อบทบาทการเฝ้าระวังและป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ได้แก่ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านการประเมินผล (Beta = 0.391, p-value < 0.001) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร (Beta = 0.339, p-value < 0.001) ปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านชีวิตส่วนตัว (Beta = 0.190, p-value < 0.001) ปัจจัยค้ำจุน ด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงาน (Beta = 0.153, p-value = 0.003) และปัจจัยค้ำจุนด้านค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ (Beta = 0.079, p-value = 0.047) โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาทของ อสม. ได้ร้อยละ 75.8 (Adjusted R2 = 0.758) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จากผลการวิจัยดังกล่าว สามารถนำไปใช้วางแผนพัฒนารูปแบบเพื่อส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงานตามบทบาท อสม. ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสมรรถนะ อสม. ต่อไป
