ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงดูหลาน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาในลักษณะการหาความสัมพันธ์ เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงดูหลาน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60-80 ปี ที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และเป็นผู้ดูแลหลักในการเลี้ยงดูหลาน จำนวน 245 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม ถึง ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2565 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อีตา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงดูหลานจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับดี (Mean = 3.69, S.D. = 0.45) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงดูหลาน ได้แก่ เพศ (r = 0.928, p-value < 0.05) รายได้ (r = 0.163, p-value < 0.05) จำนวนหลานที่เลี้ยงดู (r = - 0.127, p-value < 0.05) ความวิตกกังวล (r = - 0.305, p-value < 0.001) การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในสังคม (r = 0.472, p-value < 0.001) และการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสังคม (r = 0.450, p-value < 0.001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรกำหนดนโยบายส่งเสริมการจัดหารายได้เพิ่มเติมให้กับกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงหลาน ควรจัดกิจกรรมสนับสนุนทางสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่เลี้ยงหลานให้มีส่วนร่วม รวมถึงการเยี่ยมบ้านเพื่อประเมินความเป็นอยู่ สุขภาพจิต และความวิตกกังวลของผู้สูงอายุที่ดูแลลูกหลานเป็นระยะ
