ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์

การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 395 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลในช่วงเดือนมิถุนายน ถึง เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2564 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและความเชื่อมั่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อยู่ในระดับมาก ร้อยละ 63.5 (Mean = 3.23, S.D. = 0.46) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ การได้รับการกระตุ้นเตือนจากเพื่อน (β = 0.336, p-value < 0.001) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรค (β = 0.190, p-value < 0.001) การได้รับการกระตุ้นเตือนจากครอบครัว (β = 0.201, p-value < 0.001) การรับรู้อุปสรรคของการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรค (β = 0.107, p-value = 0.008) ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับโรค (β = 0.088, p-value = 0.047) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ได้ร้อยละ 38.2 ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรจัดโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 สำหรับเด็กนักเรียน โดยส่งเสริมความรู้ ทัศนคติ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ร่วมกับการจัดให้มีแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
