ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของสมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด 19) ของสมาชิกชมรมผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุในชมรมผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ จำนวน 403 ราย จากชมรมผู้สูงอายุ 8 แห่ง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้น
ผลการวิเคราะห์ พบว่า 1) ผู้สูงอายุในชมรมผู้สูงอายุในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีคะแนนการปฏิบัติตนเพื่อการป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ในภาพรวมอยู่ที่ 82.0 คะแนน โดยมีคะแนนการปฏิบัติตนสูงสุดที่การสวมหน้ากากอนามัยทุกครั้ง และรักษาระยะห่างจากผู้อื่นอย่างน้อย 1.5-2.0 เมตรอยู่เสมอเมื่อออกไปยังพื้นที่สาธารณะ 99.9 คะแนน และน้อยที่สุดในการอาบน้ำเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าทันทีเมื่อกลับจากการทำภารกิจนอกบ้าน (47.5 คะแนน) 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อการปฏิบัติตนเพื่อป้องกันโรคโควิด 19 ของผู้สูงอายุ ได้แก่ การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ (Beta = 0.196, p-value < 0.001), อายุ (Beta = 0.167, p-value < 0.001) และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (Beta = 0.143, p-value < 0.001) ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการสนับสนุนให้ผู้สูงอายุใช้สื่อออนไลน์ในการรับข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์จะช่วยให้ผู้สูงอายุปฏิบัติตนเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคได้อย่างเหมาะสม
