ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพด้านโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพด้านโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โดยเก็บข้อมูลในผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงจำนวน 100 คน อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ปากพนังฝั่งตะวันออก อำเภอปากพนัง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย คุณลักษณะทางประชากร และความฉลาดทางสุขภาพ ด้านโรคความดันโลหิตสูงระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 ถึง มกราคม พ.ศ. 2566 ซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเชิงเนื้อหา มากกว่า 0.80 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคของแบบสอบถาม ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพด้านโรคความดันโลหิตสูง เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ความฉลาดทางสุขภาพด้านโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โดยสถิติการถอดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณด้วยวิธีการนำออกทีละตัว
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ป่วยมีระดับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดี (ร้อยละ 31.0, Mean ± S.D. = 114.83 ± 21.68) และเมื่อควบคุมปัจจัยเพศ และการมีบทบาทในชุมชน พบว่า อายุ และสถานภาพสมรสมีความสัมพันธ์กับความฉลาดทางสุขภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ บุคลากรสาธารณสุขควรดูแลสุขภาพผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุและผูที้่อาศัยอยูค่ นเดียว เพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมและความฉลาดทางสุขภาพด้านโรคความดันโลหิตสูง
