ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอวังเหนือ จังหวัดลำปาง

อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเป็นกลุ่มบุคคลด่านหน้าที่สำคัญในการเฝ้าระวัง ควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อ การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 และ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอำเภอวังเหนือกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 302 คน ถูกคัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารี
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 80.1) อายุเฉลี่ย 51.33 ปี สถานภาพสมรส (ร้อยละ 76.5) การศึกษาประถมศึกษา (ร้อยละ 52.3) อาชีพเกษตรกร (ร้อยละ 62.3) ระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานเฉลี่ย 12.53 ปี ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ได้แก่ ความรู้ความเข้าใจ และการตัดสินใจอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 85.8 และ 61.6) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ การสื่อสาร การจัดการตนเอง และการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 53.0 54.6 55.3 และ 54.3 ตามลำดับ) พฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 82.1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ การศึกษา ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพด้านการสื่อสาร ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ด้านการจัดการตนเอง และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ดังนั้น หน่วยงานด้านสุขภาพควรมีการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างเหมาะสม
