ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทักษะการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับทักษะการดูแลของผู้ดูแล
ผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 213 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่าง
แบบง่าย เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ
สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยท์ไบซีเรียล สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อีต้า และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบ
สเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ศาสนา (r = 0.81) และการสนับสนุนการทำงานของพื้นที่ (r = 0.43) มีความสัมพันธ์
ทางบวกระดับสูงกับทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ (p-value < 0.001) ส่วนการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและชุมชน
(r = 0.50) และทัศนคติ (r = 0.36) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลาง และต่ำกับทักษะของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ
(p-value < 0.001) ตามลำดับ
ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้การสนับสนุนการทำงานบุคลากรสาธารณสุข
โดยการสนับสนุนข้อมูลและอุปกรณ์ ในการทำงานเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ การสนับสนุนจาก
ครอบครัวและชุมชน และนำศาสนาสามารถนำมาใช้ในการพัฒนาความรู้ สร้างทัศนคติที่ต่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และ
ทักษะการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุ
