Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST) is the effective psychotherapy in nowaday. This psychotherapy can effect clients to change and grow in their life. Some clients cand change suddenly after the first session of therapy. However, clinets with complex and chronic psychological disdtress need many therapy sessions and the experienced therapeutic skill of therapist.
