ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการสูบบุหรี่/บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และอิทธิพลความเชื่อด้านศาสนาของนักเรียนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความชุกตลอดชีวิตและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการสูบบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้ากับปัจจัยด้านความศรัทธาต่อศาสนา และประเภทโรงเรียนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดยะลา


วิธีการศึกษา การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง ดำเนินการในเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2568 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 6 จำนวน 368 คน จากสถานศึกษา 4 แห่ง ในจังหวัดยะลา ได้แก่ โรงเรียนสามัญ 2 แห่ง และโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา (โรงเรียนปอเนาะ) 2 แห่ง ทำการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้ากับความศรัทธาต่อศาสนา และประเภทโรงเรียน


ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 368 คน อายุเฉลี่ย 14.7 ± 2.0 ปี เป็นเพศชาย 219 คน (ร้อยละ 59.5) และเพศหญิง 136 คน (ร้อยละ 37.0) พบความชุกตลอดชีวิตของการสูบบุหรี่ ร้อยละ 36.4 และการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ร้อยละ 25.3 นักเรียนโรงเรียนปอเนาะมีความชุกของการสูบบุหรี่มากกว่าโรงเรียนสามัญอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ร้อยละ 75.4 vs 15.1, p < 0.001) เช่นเดียวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (ร้อยละ 54.6 vs 9.2, p < 0.001) ในนักเรียนที่นับถือศาสนาอิสลาม พบว่าการปฏิบัติตามคำสอนของศาสนาอย่างจริงจังมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.048 และ p = 0.020) และพบว่าปัจจัยอื่นที่สัมพันธ์กับการสูบบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ได้แก่ สถานภาพครอบครัว การให้คำแนะนำของพ่อแม่ ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ได้รับต่อวัน และผลการเรียน


สรุป นักเรียนโรงเรียนปอเนาะมีการสูบบุหรี่มากกว่านักเรียนโรงเรียนสามัญ และการปฏิบัติตามคำสอนของศาสนาอย่างจริงจังมีความสัมพันธ์กับการสูบบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ดังนั้นการรณรงค์ต่อต้านการสูบบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในจังหวัดยะลาควรมุ่งเน้นในนักเรียนโรงเรียนปอเนาะ โดยเฉพาะนักเรียนที่มีผลการเรียนในระดับต่ำ
