ปัจจัยทำนายการคงอยู่ในระบบ 6 เดือน ของผู้บำบัดด้วยเมทาโดนระยะยาว ในคลินิกเมทาโดน ณ โรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทั่วไป ลักษณะด้านการเสพติดสารเสพติด และลักษณะด้านการบำบัดรักษาของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการบำบัดเมทาโดนระยะยาวที่โรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายการคงอยู่ในระบบเป็นระยะเวลามากกว่า 6 เดือน ของผู้เข้ารับบริการ
วิธีการศึกษา การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาของผู้ติดยาเสพติดสารกลุ่มอนุพันธ์ของฝิ่น ที่มารับบริการที่คลินิกเมทาโดน แผนกจิตเวชและยาเสพติด โรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ในช่วงเดือนมกราคม 2563 - มกราคม 2566 จำนวน 153 ราย เก็บข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูลด้านสารเสพติด และข้อมูลด้านการบำบัดรักษา
ผลการศึกษา ด้านการคงอยู่ในระบบพบว่าผู้ป่วยเกินกว่า 1 ใน 3 อยู่ในระบบต่อเนื่องนานกว่า 6 เดือน (ร้อยละ37.3) โดยระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยที่ผู้ป่วยคงอยู่ในระบบคือ 6.3 เดือน เมื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยต่างๆ กับการคงอยู่ในระบบพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการคงอยู่ในระบบนานกว่า 6 เดือน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ อายุมากกว่า 16 ปี รับยาเมทาโดนในรูปแบบได้ยากลับบ้านหรือไปฝากที่โรงพยาบาลใกล้บ้าน และ อาศัยอยู่นอกอำเภอเมือง ส่วนปัจจัยอื่นๆ ไม่พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กับการคงอยู่ในระบบ
สรุป ผลการศึกษาที่ได้ควรนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการเฝ้าระวังทางคลินิกในผู้ป่วยอายุน้อยกว่า 16 ปี และอาศัยอยู่ห่างไกลจากจุดรับยาเมทาโดน และส่งเสริมให้มีจุดรับเมทาโดนเพิ่มขึ้น
