บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อแปลแบบประเมิน Prolonged Grief Disorder-13-Revised (PG-13-R) เป็นภาษาไทย และ ประเมินความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อถือได้ของแบบประเมิน PG-13-R ฉบับภาษาไทยในการประเมินญาติของผู้เสียชีวิต
วิธีการศึกษา นำแบบประเมิน Prolonged Grief Disorder-13-Revised (PG-13-R) แปลเป็นภาษาไทยโดยวิธีการแปลไปข้างหน้าและย้อนกลับ โดยอาศัยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาษา จากนั้นนำมาเปรียบเทียบและแก้ไขจนใกล้เคียงกับเครื่องมือต้นฉบับ รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และนำไปศึกษาในญาติของผู้เสียชีวิตไปแล้วนานอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน จำนวน 106 คน จากศูนย์บริรักษ์ และหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลศิริราช เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์โดยตรงหรือทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อทำการประเมินภาวะ prolonged grief disorder โดยใช้แบบประเมิน PG-13-R, Inventory of Complicated Grief (ICG) และการประเมินภาวะ prolonged grief disorder ตามเกณฑ์ DSM-5-TR จากนั้นจึงวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงตรงด้านความไวและความจำเพาะ โดยเปรียบเทียบ PG-13-R กับทั้ง ICG และ DSM-5-TR วิเคราะห์ความเที่ยงตรงด้าน convergent validity โดยใช้สถิติ Spearman’s rank correlation analysis เปรียบเทียบ PG-13-R กับ ICG และวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้โดยใช้สถิติ Cronbach’s alpha
ผลการศึกษา แบบประเมิน PG-13-R ฉบับภาษาไทยมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาสำหรับแต่ละข้อคำถามและทั้งแบบประเมินเท่ากับ 1.0 มีค่าความไว 1.0 ความจำเพาะ 0.98 เมื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับ ICG และมีค่าความไว 0.89 ความจำเพาะ 1.0 เมื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับ DSM-5-TR สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ convergent validity เปรียบเทียบกับ ICG พบค่า Spearman’s rho เท่ากับ 0.93 และในการวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อถือได้พบค่า Cronbach’s alpha coefficient เท่ากับ 0.86
สรุป แบบประเมินแบบประเมิน Prolonged Grief Disorder-13-Revised ฉบับภาษาไทย มีความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อมั่นที่ดี สามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อการประเมินภาวะ prolonged grief disorder ในคนไทยได้
